u 今天（11月7日）慈恩到醫院覆診，醫生發現她的左邊肺部漏氣，以致需要入院治療及觀察，現時暫不知何時出院。

u 求天父賜力量予慈恩，當她得知要再次插入呼吸管時，這不但令姊妹帶來無比的痛楚，也令她感到十分沮喪及氣餒。

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

Today (Monday) we went for a follow up appointment with Dr. Yim. Because Grace's leaking of her left lung was getting worse, wanted her to stay at hospital in order to reinsert the suction tube on her chest cavity again. Please, pray for Grace. She was very discouraged to hear that the doctor had to do that procedure again. In fact, I was in the room when the doctor did it. It was extremely painful. We don't know how many more days she will be in observation. We continue to covet your prayers for Grace's condition.

u 星期二（11月1日）早上慈恩的左邊肺部萎陷，需要立刻插入呼吸管；感謝主的看顧，昨天（11月2日）醫生說姊妹的進展良好，今天（11月3日）將會除下呼吸管。

u 因著同房院友是患上肺癆，以致醫生不建議慈恩留在醫院，希望她能回家休息。

u 現居是沒有升降機的，這一刻上落樓梯會令慈恩的肺部感到困難及增加負荷量；但感謝主垂聽禱告，一對主內夫婦願意借出單位予他們，好讓姊妹能安心地休息。

The doctor came yesterday (Tuesday morning) with sad news after he had looked at the X ray of Grace’s lungs. He told us that her left lung had collapsed. So reinserted the suction tube in Grace’s left side. Today Wednesday he saw again the X ray that they had taken in the morning and it looks like some improvement. Tomorrow they will remove again the suction tube and according to Dr. Yim’s plans he wanted Grace to go home. This afternoon the doctor came again to see another patient who has TB (though the doctor said it was already in treatment and control) and is staying in the same room together with Grace. I requested that she would stay at least for one more day. He said that it was fine, but he doesn’t want Grace to stay too long in the hospital.

Please pray that Grace regain the strength in her lungs and be protected due to the situation in her room.

Our hearts are also filled with gratitude because the Lord has provided a beautiful flat by means of a Christian couple while Grace recuperates from her surgery. Praise the Lord! He listens to the prayers of his children and answers them in ways we cannot imagine.
