1. 美芳的爸爸患上老人痴呆症，現於護老院居住。因他的胃口不太良好，以致體重降至39kg，求主增加他的食慾，及在寒冷天氣裡身體蒙主保守。
2. 請為美芳的遙距學習禱告，現時所修讀的課程有助於工場的事奉。
3. 美芳現於一所私人診所工作，求主讓她適應新工作，及有智慧地安排工作、讀書、休息及照顧家人。

Dear brother and sister,

Greetings to you all! This winter is extremely cold for me with the crazy snowstorm affected from mainland China. Thousands of workers were stuck in Kuangzhow and they could not go back home to meet their family for Chinese New Year celebration. Being a missionary I could understand their feeling quite well. And so I value my time now to be able to take care of my parents.

My dad has been residing in old age home for almost six months. He doesn’t seem to know clearly where he is because of his dementia. His appetite fluctuates sometime and causes him to be as small as just 39kg. But interestingly he can recognize my mum’s food and enjoys it a lot better.

Starting from 2008, I have been working as a full time nurse in a private health clinic. I’m responsible for physical check-ups. Apart from work, I also continue my ‘not yet finished’ master study which is now 5^th subject out of 8.

‘Project Management’ is a brand new subject for me. However I enjoy it a lot and apply the course to those projects I have been doing in Nigeria. I pray that what I learn now can be benefited in the future.

Prayer Requests –

-         For my dad’s condition to be more stabilized.

-         For wisdom in learning and writing in study.

-         For good adjustment in the new job and have opportunity for the gospel.
