7月份最新消息 Dear praying friends, Thanking for all of you who
have been praying for my mum’s chemotherapy and her health condition these
couple months. My mum is now half way through her total 6 courses of 12
injections (she has done 3 courses of 6 injections). My
mum’s health situation She is so
far coping well emotionally and spiritually although there are side effects that
knock her down for few days after each injection. However I really thank God I
could read scriptures and pray with her together every Sunday morning. The
cancer inside her body is horrible and destroying her health, but through this
experience her faith is growing and depending on God stronger than before. Please
continue remembering her coming injections (next two Fridays), as she may
recover well and have less sickness. And she is also thinking if she should
continue the therapy. Please also pray
for peace in mind for making right decision. Since I
came back from Nigeria, things happened one after one. Some people ask me when I
will return to the mission field again. However God shows me clearly that I
should stay and take care of my aging parents. My mum’s cancer is in stage 4
and I thank God for giving me opportunity to walk with her to facing all these
together. Our faith
in God is full of challenge. However God promises ‘your strength will equal
your days’ Deut 33:25. Work, study, taking care of my parents and……Without
God and His grace I can do nothing. God is truly our source of strength. I’m
finishing the 6th subject out of 8 of my master study. Please
also pray that I will get the rest of two subjects done end of this year.
Harmony
Baptist Church Since
last Dec I have been attending Harmony Baptist Church (our sister church). There
is an intercultural congregation of people with Filipinos, Chinese, Indonesians,
Nepalese and Americans We sing in Indonesian, Chinese, Tagalog, and English
during service and worship! I’m always encouraged and touched deeply by such
heaven-like experience and which reminds me to share the gospel to our
neighbors. Please
also pray for a permanent location for Harmony Baptist Church. We are now
meeting in Pastor’s house but the group is expanding. And we see the need of
commencing and expanding different ministries for His honor and grace.
Once
again thanks for praying for me and making all these needs possible through your
prayers. Trusting
